Set up your S700 Box Office device

INTIX offers 3 ways of managing your door sales on event day -
or, use any combination of all three! 

• Tap-to-Pay on iPhone or Android phone: free, easy, uses minimal mobile data to run app
• Wisepad3 bluetooth reader: box office app on a phone or tablet + tap-to-pay device
• S700 Wi-Fi device: independent device running the app and taking payments

Step 1: Connect Event Location to S700 Device

The INTIX tech team must complete this step on your behalf. If you are using an S700 device, let us know and we will enable your event's location on the back end.

Step 2: Turn on your S700 device! 

Upon powering up, you land on a Stripe screen.

1. Swipe from the left side of the screen to the right to open Settings.
2. Enter admin PIN 07139 (this PIN is always the same across Stripe POS devices)
3. Connect the S700 to your Wi-Fi network

Step 3: INTIX back end of your event

Log in to the event on your laptop

1. Payments & Tax from the left menu
2. POS Terminals
3. Add New Reader

Step 4: Link the S700 to your INTIX event

1. On your S700 device, go to Settings 
2. Generate pairing code (this is a unique string of 3 random words separated by dashes)
3. On your laptop type in the 3-word pairing code, including dashes

Your S700 is connected to the event!
Repeat these steps for any additional S700 devices.

Now you will see the list of connected devices (includes any connected Wisepad3 readers or phones with Tap To Pay)
