Having trouble locating tickets you purchased?
There are three ways to see your tickets:
- Your online account - Go to intix.com.au. Log in with the email address you used in the checkout process, and the password you chose when creating your account
- Free INTIX app - available for Apple and Android devices. Download the app to your phone or tablet, and log in with the same credentials as your online account (email address and password)
- Email - if the event organiser enabled PDF delivery of tickets, you will have received them in your inbox. Search for INTIX for the confirmation and ticket emails. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders in case they landed there.
Forgot your password?
- Go to intix.com.au . Enter your email address, and select “Forgot Password” if you don't remember it and need to reset.
- Confirm the email address for the account. You will receive an email with a one-time code to reset your password
- Go back to the intix.com.au password reset screen where it asks for the one-time code. Once confirmed, you will choose a new password.
(must contain upper and lower-case letters, a number, and a special character ie. $#&%?!) - Back to the login page, you may enter your email and new password!
NOTE: INTIX can only help you with tickets purchased through INTIX. If you purchased tickets through another provider you will need to contact them directly.
