Selling FAQs:
Q: What if I change my mind or I can now attend the event?
A: You can remove your ticket from the resale pool by logging in to your INTIX account and viewing your tickets. If a ticket has been put up for resale this will be noted next to it and you can choose to remove it from resale. If you get an error message or are unable to remove it this means someone was in the process of purchasing it when you looked at it and it has been resold. You will need to purchase a new ticket if this happens so we suggest you think about offering your ticket for resale before doing so. You can also remove your ticket from resale if you choose to name change it to a friend instead. Follow the above and then see the guide on Name Changing Your Ticket.
Q: What if I'm not the original purchaser?
A: Tickets can only be offered for resale by the original purchaser of the tickets. If you are a ticket holder and wish to offer your ticket for resale, you will need to arrange the resale of your ticket with the original purchaser of the tickets whose INTIX account was used for the purchase.
Q: I put my ticket up for resale, how do I know if it's been sold?
A: You can check the status of your tickets offered for resale by logging in to your INTIX account, and viewing your tickets.
You will be notified via email once your ticket has been resold and purchased by another customer. You will also receive a refund notification via email, however, the funds may take 3 business days to appear on your credit card statement used for the purchase.
Q: Can I nominate a friend to purchase my unwanted ticket?
A: Sellers cannot nominate a preferred purchaser. Returned tickets go into a general ‘pool’ available for purchase by other, unknown persons.
Q: Why can't I sell my tickets anywhere, like on Viagogo, eBay or Gumtree?
A: Your ticket has your name and date of birth on it, which means it is strictly non-transferable to another person. Any ticket sold by any means other than the official INTIX Resale Facility will be invalid for use as the name of the ticket holder will not match the INTIX database. Tickets resold, or offered for resale, in an unauthorised manner may result in all tickets in the order being cancelled without refund, along with all ticket holders being refused entry to the venue. This includes tickets offered for resale via online sites such as Viagogo, eBay or Gumtree.
Q: When do I get my money back?
A: Refunds are not guaranteed and you will only get your money back if your ticket is purchased by another fan. Until they are re-sold, the tickets remain your property and no funds are owed to you. If your ticket gets purchased by another fan, we will refund the original ticket price (less booking fees) to the original credit card used to purchase.
Q: What if my credit card has expired or been cancelled since the original purchase?
A: If your credit card has been cancelled or expired since you originally purchased the tickets you will receive an email asking you to contact INTIX Ticket Support. We will ask for your bank details and will arrange a manual refund into your bank account. This can take up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
Q: Can I sell the tickets at a discount if I want to make sure they sell?
A: No. Tickets are only offered for resale at face value.
Q: Is there a guarantee my ticket will sell?
A: No. Especially for events that haven't sold out, there is never a guarantee that your ticket will sell. In the event that it doesn't, it will be returned to your account where you can use it or find a friend who would like it and complete a name change. Click here for help regarding name changes.
Important Information for Resale Ticket Sellers:
DO NOT sell via third-party sites such as Viagogo, Ticketmaster Resale, Tixel, Gumtree, Facebook or eBay.
Event Organisers have no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised resellers, and you may be refused entry at the event.
Anyone found to be ticket scalping or selling for more than face value will have their tickets cancelled without notice.
INTIX will continue to try and drive scalpers out of this industry and ensure our customers receive value for money and a ticket we will 100% guarantee is real.
If you can't attend, give another music lover a chance to enjoy the event without being ripped off, and keep your ticket karma at 100%.
