Resale: Buyer's Guide

Event Organisers may elect to use INTIX’s Resale feature to allow customers who are unable to attend to sell their tickets - at face value only.

The Resale function is available at the discretion of the Event Organiser, and will only be activated once the ticket type is sold out.

NOTE: Make sure you have your INTIX account login details, credit card details and the names and date of birth for all attendees ready!

Tickets may be in high demand and will only appear once a seller decides to sell their ticket. If none are present currently you can check back at a later time.

This takes your to a log in page. Log into your INTIX account (or sign up if you don't have one yet).

NOTE: Your tickets are secure only when your payment has been successfully completed.

1. Click Add Card & Confirm Purchase.
2. Enter your card details and select Add Card. THIS ACTION COMPLETES THE PAYMENT.

Buying FAQs:

Q: If I buy a ticket via the resale, can I also resell it later if I change my mind?

A: Yes. Please follow the Resale Seller's Guide.

Q: If I buy a resold ticket via INTIX, will it have my name on it?

A: Tickets purchased via INTIX Resale work exactly the same way as those originally sold to the event via INTIX. This means that whenever an event promoter has required us to collect name and/or date of birth information for each ticket, the same information will be required for tickets purchased via resale.

Q: How can I be sure that I'm buying a genuine ticket?

A: INTIX offers this service with the official endorsement of Event Organisers. Any tickets available via the INTIX Resale were originally purchased via INTIX as digital tickets. Once your purchase is approved you will be issued tickets with a new barcode so the original buyer no longer has a valid ticket.

Q: Can I subscribe to be notified when tickets are available on resale?

A: Yes.

1. Go to the ticketing page for your event in a web browser, select "Check Resale" 
2. Select to be notified via the INTIX app when a ticket becomes available for resale
3. Download the free INTIX app to your phone or tablet

If you download the free INTIX app, you will receive a push notification every time a ticket becomes available.

Q: How will I know that tickets are available to purchase?

A: You will need to keep a close eye on the Resale page (or download the free INTIX app) and if tickets are available you’ll be able to select to buy. If there are no tickets currently available to purchase you will see no tickets available. 

Q: How do I know when resale tickets are being released?

A: Tickets will be released individually as the current ticket holders list their tickets for resale . We suggest you check the Resale page as tickets can become available at any time.

Important Information for Resale Ticket Buyers:

DO NOT buy via third-party sites such as Viagogo, Ticketmaster Resale, Tixel, Gumtree, Facebook or eBay.

Event Organisers have no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised resellers, and you may be refused entry at the event.

Anyone found to be ticket scalping or selling for more than face value will have their tickets cancelled without notice.
