Finding tickets in the free INTIX app

The easiest way to get your tickets is through the free INTIX app:

1. Click to install from the Apple or Android app stores.
2. Log into the app with the same email address and password as your online INTIX account.
3. View your season passes and tickets with scannable barcodes

Finding tickets in your online INTIX Account

Log in to your INTIX account.

• Enter your email address at https://www.intix.com. (+ .au for Australia, or .co.uk for UK customers). It must be the email address you used in the checkout process.

If you have trouble logging in because you don't remember the password, click “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts to generate a new password.

Download and Print your tickets

1.  Log in to your INTIX account.
2. Click on your order to view your tickets.
3. Click the Print/Download button. This will download a PDF of your tickets that you can then print.

NOTE: if there is no Print/Download button, it means that the event organiser wants only digital tickets to be available. Download the free INTIX app to view your tickets.

Having trouble locating the tickets you purchased?

TROUBLESHOOTING:

1. Check your Junk / Spam folders in your email inbox. If the event organiser has elected to send PDF tickets, some email servers send emails with attachments to the junk folder.
2. If you have more than one email address, you may have used a different email to place your order. Check each email account to find your order confirmation. Try logging into INTIX with each of your email addresses.

**INTIX can only help you with tickets purchased through INTIX. If you purchased tickets through another provider you will need to contact them directly.**
