Already purchased tickets for an event, and having trouble locating them?
The easiest way to get your tickets is through the free INTIX app. Click to install from the Apple or Android app stores.
NOTE: Check your Junk / Spam folders in your email inbox.
Can’t find them, having trouble printing, or not sure if you have an INTIX account? Just enter your email address at https://www.intix.com. If you have purchased tickets, you will have an INTIX account connected to the email address used during checkout.
TROUBLESHOOTING: If you have more than one email address, you may have used a different email to place your order. Check each email account to find your order confirmation. Try logging into INTIX with each of your email addresses.
Finding tickets in your INTIX Account
1. Log in to your INTIX account. If you have trouble logging in because you don't remember the password, click “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts to generate a new password.
2. You will see your orders with your tickets
**INTIX can only help you with tickets purchased through INTIX. If you purchased tickets through another provider you will need to contact them directly.**
