The Contact Organiser button on the ticketing page is for customer enquiries regarding the event.
A form pops up for the customer to enter their info and message, and select a Contact Request Reason:
- Accessible Seating Request
- Ticket Enquiry
- Refund Request
- General Event Enquiry
- Other
All of these enquiries will be sent to the email address in the Basic Info of the event setup.
Except Ticket Enquiries - these emails will be sent to help@intix.com and our customer service team will address these issues, forwarding them on to the event organiser if applicable.
To change the Contact Event email (and thus the Contact Organiser email):
- Log in to your INTIX Account > Host An Event
- Basic Info > Contact Event Email
