Website - What does this field refer to, where does it appear and how to edit it

The Website field should be your website. Eg. your venues home page or your artists Facebook Page URL.

Once your event has finished the Event URL will redirect to this page so anyone clicking on old links to your event will be sent to your current website instead of the old event listing. This is a huge benefit for you as an event organiser as it allows your customers to always link back to you and not an error page or an old event which can confuse attendees.

The Website will appear on Box Office tickets. Click here for more info on the INTIX Box Office. It will also appear on the Standard Ticket if you aren't using a custom one. 

To change the Website:

1. Log in to your INTIX Account of the Management Console
2. Select the Organisation that is running the event you want to edit
   Note: If you are only authorised for one organisation you will only see one.
3. Select the Event you want to edit
   Note: If you are only authorised for one event you will only see one.
4. Hover over SET UP > click EVENT INFORMATION from the drop down options
5. The 'General' tab will automatically show fist. Click 'Edit' in the bottom left
6. You will now be able to edit the text in the 'Website' field and can edit it to whatever page will work best for your event
7. Click 'Save' in the bottom left to save your new Website
