Connect your Facebook event to your event page

You can use the Facebook integration to connect your ticketing form with your Facebook event. Connecting your Facebook event will allow customers to RSVP on Facebook once they have completed their booking, which helps to increase the reach of your event and sell more tickets.

Find your Facebook event URL

1. Navigate to your event on Facebook.
2. Your event will have a URL that looks like the below.
   
3. Copy the Event ID, which is the numbers after facebook.com/events.

Add your Facebook event URL to INTIX

1. Log In to your INTIX Organisation Account.
2. Select the Event you wish to add your Facebook Event to.
3. Go to SETUP > EVENT INFORMATION.
4. Click on the "INTEGRATIONS" tab.
5. Click the "EDIT" button.
6. Paste your Event ID into the Facebook Event URL Field.
7. Click "Save" to save your changes.

The Facebook integration also allows you to add your Facebook Page URL to display a Facebook Page widget on the front page of your ticketing form. You can also choose to display a video from your Facebook page on your event form.
