How to insert images into your Event information fields

You can upload images into the info fields when setting up your event. It can be an easy way to relay details and reinforce your branding if you already have assets made up.

Here are a few considerations before you upload!

• Make sure to size and format your image so as to not compete with the large banner image above. 
• File must be less than 250kb. Use Tiny PNG, or a similar tool, to compress your file
• This will effect your SEO, as text within an image isn't really text. So you may want to use a mix of both. Click here for a basic guide to SEO.
• Note: the uploaded image is cached, and won't be visible on the front end for 2-4 hours, so cannot be inserted and viewed for testing immediately.

1. Log in to your INTIX Account > Host An Event

Anywhere you see a field like the one below you can select the 'Insert image' icon to add an image to the text box.
