You may need to issue Complimentary (or $0 tickets) for a number of reasons, ie. a sponsor, a competition winner, the parents of a player, or the guest of an artist. You still need each ticket to come out of your overall ticket capacity, for security and data purposes.

Issue a Complimentary ticket for General Admission:
- Log in to the INTIX Dashboard > Host An Event
- Manage Attendees > Add Atendees
- Select the type of ticket(s) to send > Continue
- Enter info: recipient's email address and name
- Select method of payment = Complimentary > Checkout
You will now see the order! See screenshots below for an example.

Enter recipient's info > Checkout Option menu
Checkout Option menu > Complimentary
The recipient will be notified by email that they have been issued a ticket. Retrieval is as follows:
If they have an account:
- Log into their INTIX account, and view/print/download the ticket
If they have never used INTIX before:
The ticket sits in an account attached to the email address you sent the ticket to.
- Go to INTIX.com.au > enter email address the ticket was sent to
- Select "Forgot Password", and follow the prompts to create a new password.
Once logged in, the ticket will be there to view/print/download. And now they have an INTIX account!
Issue a Complimentary ticket for Reserved Seating:
- Log in to INTIX > Host An Event
- Manage Attendees > Add/Move Atendees
- Select the seat(s) > Checkout
- Select method of payment = Complimentary > Next
- Enter info: recipient's email address and name > Add Customer
