Fees and Charges

What fees can I expect to pay?

There are two primary types of fees:

• Ticket fee - This is per ticket in your cart. This will depend on the event organiser's agreement with INTIX. Depending on the event organiser's preference, this fee may appear on top of the ticket price, or be included within the ticket price (but will be displayed independently in the checkout process)
• Transaction fee - This is one fee for the whole cart. Our payment processer's standard fee is 1.75% of the total amount in the cart, however this may change slightly depending on what kind of debit/credit card you use to check out.

These fees cover the cost of operating an information service and internet site, the creation and  processing of ticket(s), and customer service. 

Other Fees

• Name change - Changing the name on a ticket is subject to a per-ticket fee. This fee will vary depending on the event and are agreed between the relevant event partner and INTIX.
• Resale fee - Reselling a ticket is subject to a per-ticket fee. Once again, these fees vary depending on the agreement between INTIX and the event organiser, and cover the costs of generating new tickets and customer support.
