Sending out EDM's to your customised lists is now even better with scheduling available. To schedule a campaign follow the steps below.
- Log in to your INTIX Account of the Management Console
- Select the Organisation that you want to schedule your campaign from
Note: If you are only authorised for one organisation you will only see one. - Click MARKETING > CAMPAIGNS
For existing campaigns just needing to be scheduled:
- Select the campaign from the Draft list
- Click 'Schedule delivery'
- The selection will default to 'Send it now' simply change the selection to 'Schedule for a specific time'
- Set the date, time and timezone
- Click 'Schedule this campaign'
The campaign will now show in your Scheduled list.
For new campaigns needing to be scheduled:
- Click CREATE CAMPAIGN
- Follow the steps through to create an email campaign
- Once you have completed the set up and chosen your recipient list click 'Schedule delivery'
- The selection will default to 'Send it now' simply change the selection to 'Schedule for a specific time'
- Set the date, time and timezone
- Click 'Schedule this campaign'
The campaign will now show in your Scheduled list.
If you want to reschedule a campaign click 'Cancel' next to it in the Scheduled lists and it will return to the Draft list where you can choose a new date and time to schedule it to send or you can choode to 'Send now'
Note: Schedule time selector is in 24hour format eg. for 2pm select 14:00.
