You will want to follow the front-end purchase process as you build your event, and before you set it live with ticket sales, to verify that everything displays properly and to be sure that you have all of the information included that you need.
At any stage in the event build, check out the front-end ticketing page:
Go to your Dashboard (from the right side menu)
Click the Event URL (bottom right of page)
This shows you how your banner image displays, and the event description text.
Select the CLICK TO BUY TICKETS button.
Select a ticket
Click Checkout button.
This brings you to the payment screen.
This is also where any custom questions will display.
This is where the customer would fill in their name, email address, and payment details, and create an account if they haven't used INTIX before.
This is the last screen in the test process, as tickets cannot be issued before publishing the event.
You have now seen the process from your customer's perspective, and can edit details as needed before going live!
