Did you buy tickets to an event for friends or family? This function allows you to send a ticket to the person you bought it for. It's fast and it's free!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Forward / Accept: A ticket is only transferred out of your account once the person you've forwarded it to actually accepts it via the email you sent it to. (If the person you forwarded it to doesn't accept the ticket it will remain in your account)
- Cancel Forward: You may cancel a forward up until someone accepts it
- If you forward the same ticket to multiple email addresses the first person to accept it gets it
- If you have been forwarded a ticket and the link shows is expired it means the ticket was also forwarded to someone else and they have already accepted it
To forward a ticket from your account after you've purchased it:
- From the Confirmation email, click "View and manage your order online"
-OR- - Log In to your account > My Tickets > Click on the order you want to forward tickets from
- Click "Forward "
Enter the email address and name of recipient, select the ticket you want to send:

Now in your order, you see the pending forward:
You may cancel the forward at any time up until the moment it gets accepted by the recipient. Click the Cancel Forward button.
It is important to remember that the name on a ticket should match the ticketholder's ID - this helps us to stamp out ticket scalping. Most event organisers require name verification, so if tickets and ID don't match, you may be refused entry - and nobody wants that!
