Exporting your customer data from yourtri.be

If you use an external mail service then you will need to export your data from yourtri.be at some point during your subscription. You can export your entire list or just the customers who have opted in to marketing so we've already done some of the work for you!

1. Log in to the yourtri.be Dashboard
2. Click CUSTOMERS > AUDIENCE
3. You with then see two options towards the top right of the screen - 'Export Customers' and 'Export Opt Ins'
4. Simply click the option you'd like and the export will appear in your downloads

Note: If the 'Export Customers' button isn't highlighted your billing details may need updating as this is a full version feature only.
