Cancelling an individual ticket from an order

As an organiser, you may need to cancel an individual ticket for a number of reasons. You may find out the ticket holder has breached your terms and conditions or the ticket holder may want to cancel their ticket. Whatever the reason, cancelling a ticket is easy from the INTIX Dashboard.

Log in and get started:

1. Log in to the INTIX Dashboard
2. Select the Organisation that sold the ticket you need to cancel
   Note: If you are only authorised for one organisation you will only see one
3. Select the Event the ticket was for
   Note: If you are only authorised for one event you will only see one

If you have the ticket number, not the booking reference, skip to Cancelling the ticket.

Find the ticket number

1. Search for the order the ticket belongs to in TICKETS > ORDERS using the search bar to find the order by using the Last Name, Booking Reference, Transaction ID or Email Address
2. Click on the correct order
3. Under the TICKETS tab you will see all tickets in the order. Take note of the ticket number (left hand column) for the ticket you want to cancel

Cancelling the ticket

1. Go to TICKETS > TICKETS
2. Enter the ticket number into the search bar
3. On the far right of the screen you will see 'View', 'PDF Ticket' and 'Cancel'
4. Click the X under 'Cancel' and follow the prompts

We suggest you leave notes on the order when cancelling a ticket in case another team member needs to know what's happened

1. Go to TICKETS > ORDERS and search for the order using the Last Name, Booking Reference, Transaction ID or Email Address
2. Click on the correct order
3. At the bottom of the screen is a button to 'Add Note'
4. Click and add your notes (we suggest including the ticket number of the ticket you cancelled)
5. Save

 Note: Once you have cancelled a ticket this action will show up in the HISTORY tab of the order.
