If your cancellation policy is something along the lines of "Cancelling within 48 hours will incur a 50% penalty" then you may need to process a partial refund at some point.
Get started:
- Log in to the INTIX Dashboard > Host An Event
- Manage Attendees > Orders
- Enter the email address or name of order.
In the order:
- Cancel any tickets you no longer want to be valid (Click "X" beside the individual ticket.)
- In the pop-up window, fill in the reason for canceling, and select/deselect whether you want to notify the customer, and/or refund the ticket(s)
- Fees - note that this refunds the customer the ticket price(s), but not the Stripe fee or the INTIX fee. These are non-refundable*.
NOTE: You may need to refund fees at times, but keeping in mind that this comes out of your own account, as Stripe & INTIX fees are non-refundable. Be sure you have funds in your Stripe account to process refunds.
*To refund fees: In the order, click the link "View in Stripe" > directs to Stripe transaction > Click "Refund".
Edit the amount you wish to refund from this transaction.
