Missed out on tickets? Notifications are a great way to get notified when tickets become available for the event you are interested in. You can subscribe to notifications for any event by visiting an event's resale page and clicking “Alert me in Messenger” — done!
Communications
We send alerts about new tickets via Facebook Messenger.
To make sure our friendly Facebook alerts bot can message you, please click “Alert me in Messenger”. Once you are subscribed, we will be able to notify you about tickets. You will be able to stop the alerts any time in a single click.
“I can see there have been sales, why I haven't received any alerts!?”
We often hear this comment when the event has a very high demand with only a few tickets being listed. To avoid user frustration we stop sending out alerts as soon as somebody buys the ticket.
So, imagine there are 10,000 people who have signed up for Facebook Messenger notifications. If a single ticket is listed, we send out alerts in order to the first wave of fans. If a fan buys it within the first second, this means that 9,750 of the fans on the wait-list won’t receive a further alert and any notifications will be stopped as the ticket is no longer available.
Feedback
We have spent a lot of time trying to make this fair, and believe us — it’s not an easy puzzle to solve. In many cases, demand will outweigh supply, and people will miss out on tickets. If you have any good ideas on how to improve it, or you have otherwise useful feedback — please get in touch with us, we love hearing from fans and will always take on board all feedback!
