If you completed the event wizard before you knew the venue for your event or if the venue needed to added by INTIX and you now need to add it to your event then follow the steps below.
To add or change your event venue:
- Log in to your INTIX Account of the Management Console
- Go to SET UP > EVENT INFORMATION > VENUE
- Start typing your venue name (if you don't see it straight away try a different part of the name as it may exist, just slightly different to what you expected eg. The MCG vs The Melbourne Cricket Ground)
Note: INTIX restrict clients from adding their own venues as it causes issues with one person adding The MCG and another adding The Melbourne Cricket Ground etc. If you need a venue added just contact INTIX Support and we will have it in within 24 hours for you!
- Select your chosen venue
- Click Save
Your venue will now show on your ticket sales page as well as a google map!
