A banner, or header image is the image shows across the top of your ticketing page. It needs to express what your event is and give an indication as to what attendees can expect.
If you didn't add a banner image to your event during the wizard set up, or if you'd like to edit it just follow the steps below:
- Log in to your INTIX Account of the Management Console
- Select the event you want to add an image to
- Go through SET UP > EVENT INFORMATION > IMAGES > EDIT
- In 'Header Image' upload the image you'd like to use
Note: The image should be a 3:1 ratio (we recommend 960px x 320px) and shouldn't be larger than 2Mb.
- Click 'Save'
