Adding an event logo (unique to each event as opposed to your INTIX organisation logo) will remind customers of your brand and add a little extra personalisation to your event. Chances are you put a lot of time, effort and maybe even money, into having your logo designed so make sure people see it!
To add you event logo:
- Log in to your INTIX Account of the Management Console
- Select the Organisation that is running the event you want to edit
Note: If you are only authorised for one organisation you will only see one.
- Select the Event you want to add a logo to

- Go through SET UP > EVENT INFORMATION > IMAGES > EDIT
- Upload your logo image in the 'Logo Image' field
Note: The logo must be png. and max 125kb. It should also be a 1:1 ratio with a max width/height of 250px.
- Click 'Save'
Your event logo will now show on the standard ticket.
