These terms & conditions are agreed to at the time of purchase, and the event organiser is solely responsible for defining the circumstances suitable for a refund, and processing it.

INTIX does not hold your money
When you purchase a ticket sold on the INTIX platform, you are buying directly from the event organiser as displayed by their business name is on your bank statement instead of INTIX.
The organisers receive the funds immediately at the time of purchase so they can do what they do best - organise amazing events for you to attend.
This means that any ticket cancellations, and full or partial refunds need to be discussed with the event organiser as INTIX is not authorised to complete these actions on behalf of the organisers.
If you no longer want your ticket or can't attend the event
- If the organiser has enabled the resale function, you can try reselling your ticket
- You can forward the ticket to someone
Depending on the event, the organisers will generally have a refund policy already in place. The policy may be displayed on the ticket sales page or on the website for the organiser, or the event so check those first.

If the above options aren't suitable, you should get in touch with the organiser directly to discuss a refund.
You can reach out to the organisers via their website or socials, or head back to the ticket sales page and click the "Contact Organiser" button on the right to get in touch and discuss your options.
