If you have changed your mind about a ticket you've purchased to an event through INTIX or you can no longer attend the event you have a few options.
When you purchase a ticket sold on the INTIX platform, you are buying directly from the event organiser. This is shown by the event name or organiser name showing on your statement instead of INTIX. This is different to traditional ticketing 'agents' as it means INTIX doesn't hold your money. The organisers get the funds straight away so they can do what they do best - organise amazing events for you to attend.
This means that any ticket changes, cancellations or refunds need to be discussed with the event organiser as INTIX is not authorised to complete these actions on behalf of the organisers.
If you no longer want your ticket or can't attend the event you can try reselling your ticket OR changing the name on your ticket before you approach the organisers for a refund.
Depending on the event, the organisers will generally have a refund policy already in place and INTIX does not have any control over this. The policy may be displayed on the ticket sales page or on the website for the organiser or the event so check those first. If you can't find an answer there then we suggest you contact the organiser directly to discuss a refund if that is the option you would like to look into.
You can reach out to the organisers via their website or socials or head back to the ticket sales page and click the EVENT ENQUIRIES button in the quick links on the right to get in touch and discuss your options.
