Can I get a ticket for a sold out event or a sold out ticket type

It sucks when you miss out on a ticket for an event or you don't get to buy a VIP ticket before they sell out. The good news is - INTIX gives you safe and verified ways to buy and sell tickets.

If you are too late when tickets go on sale for an event and miss out on a certain ticket type or on a ticket altogether there are a few options for you.

Note: INTIX is a ticket sales platform and not the event organiser. When you buy a ticket. you're purchasing from the organiser directly and as such, INTIX cannot add extra tickets to an event, transfer tickets or refund tickets. The event organisers may be able to help with this in some cases so it's best to reach out to them directly.

If you've contacted the event organiser and they're really at capacity and aren't able to add any extra tickets then you can check out the option of resale tickets or you may have a friend with too many tickets and you can organise a name change.
