How to transfer your ticket to another event

Some events may provide the option for you to transfer your tickets to another show date, however this is at the discretion of the event organisers and can only be done for the same show. There are just a few simple steps to help you do this if it is available!

• Log in to your INTIX account
• Select VIEW ORDER on the event you wish to view
• At the top of your ticket listing, select CHANGE EVENT
  
  
  
• If the organiser has allowed for ticket transfers for this event, this will proceed you to select the events available to complete this. There may be a fee associated with the ticket change and will only be possible if there is availability to do so.

If you cannot transfer your ticket to another event, then it is most likely this option is not available for your event.
