iPhone (Safari)
Safari is not up to date
Step 1: Go to Settings, General, Software Update
Step 2: Turn on Automatic Updates
Step 3: If a new version of iOS is available, click Download and Install
Cookies Blocked
Step 1: Go to Settings, then scroll down and select “Safari”
Step 2: Scroll down to “Privacy & Security”.
Step 3: Verify “Block All Cookies” is enabled (green/white), click once to allow cookies (it will slide to light grey/white).
Step 4: Clear the browser cache (click the "clear History and Website data" button) and reopen the browser.
Mac (Safari)
Cookies Blocked
Step 1: Open Safari, Go to Safari, then select Preferences from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Click on to the “Privacy” tab.
Step 3: Verify “Block All Cookies” is enabled (blue tickbox), click once to allow cookies (become an empty checkbox).
Step 4: Close the Preferences window and reopen the browser.
