There are certain groups you will want to grant access on event days that don't require seats or tickets, for example, staff and volunteers, umpires, media etc. You can create Accreditation barcodes so they scan in and you have clear data of who is on site!
IMPORTANT: Issuing Accreditation is considered to be similar to issuing tickets, and therefore a fee is incurred. The fee is $0.99/barcode uploaded per event*. This is billed to you post-event.
Example: if you have 100 Accreditation barcodes to upload, across 3 events, you will be billed $300.

Create an Accreditation Type
- Log in at intix.com.au > Organisation Settings
- Accreditation > Add Accreditation Type (ex. Umpires), Save Accreditation Type
Import List
Upload a .csv file for each accreditation type with the following columns exactly:
NOTE: If there is any unexpected data in other columns, such as heading titles, the .csv will not load
- Column A: email address
- Column B: first name
- Column C: surname
- Column D: a unique barcode (minimum 20 digits, mix of only uppercase letters and numbers - we use https://www.random.org/strings where you can define the types and length of characters you want
Once lists are uploaded, you can the search for individuals by name, filter by accreditation type, or export your accreditation list.
Add To Events
Send lists to individual events. Some lists may not apply for all events, so it is very handy to have them all in your organisation and send them to events as needed.
- Select the Accreditation Type(s) you would like to add, and to which of your live events NOTE: Accreditations cannot be sent to draft events
- Accreditations will now be in the Attendee List within your event! (Manage attendees > Attendee List)
In The Event - Enable Accreditation entry to events
- Manage Attendees > Access Control
- Tick the box(es) of the Accreditation type(s) to allow access to event
At The Event - Scanning in with the INTIX Scanner app
- Scan Accreditation ticket, or search by name and swipe in manually
You now have a clear view of who is on site at your event!
Receiving Accreditation
- Let your personnel know they are accredited, and they have a scannable ticket for that event in their INTIX account
- If they have an INTIX account already, they’ll see it by logging in at intix.com.au, or in the INTIX app
- If the do not have an INTIX account, they go to intix.com.au and select the “forgot password” to set up a new password for the email address you have assigned their accreditation to
NOTE: Ongoing Events
- From your Org Accreditation, you can send the same lists to multiple events, so your accredited personnel can scan in with the same barcode to each event (i.e. if you have the same Umpires officiating all events in a season/series)
