Use your network to help spread the good word about your event - and reward them for it!
Affiliate marketing is when people or companies direct traffic from their website or social media to your ticketing page, and you give them a commission each time that translates into ticket sales.
You determine how much of a percentage commission you want to offer an affiliate, then provide them with a unique tracking link that logs the customer journey from the affiliate's page to your ticketing page.
Once ticket sales are closed you can view the conversions to ticket sales and pay the commission to the affiliate.
How to set up an affiliate in your event:
- Log into your account at intix.com.au > Select your event
- Marketing > Affiliate Marketing
- Click the green "+" button to add an affiliate
- Enter the name of the affiliate and the percentage of the ticket price you want to offer as commission
Share the link and the QR code with your affiliate so they can put it on their website or social media to promote your event!
At the end of the ticket sales, you can see how many conversions have come through this particular affiliate link and you can arrange to pay out the commission to your affiliate.
